Family and Systemic Constellation
Accompaniement
The systemic family constellation is a therapeutic method whose precursors include Théa Schönfelder, a German psychiatrist who was a pioneering figure in the use of family therapy. In the 1990s, Bert Hellinger invested in this technique. A very open-minded german psychotherapist, he was interested in many therapies such as primal scream therapy, transactional analysis, and hypnosis. He discovered constellations through Schönfelder and then through Ruth McClendon and Leslie Kadis. Moved by this technique, he sought then to understand the dynamics underlying constellations and highlighted the principle of family entanglement as well as the main principles at work in all systems. His work and research allowed constellations to become a true therapeutic approach, of which Bert Hellinger is often presented as the founder. Another current is brought to family constellations by the universe of Alejandro Jodorowsky. A versatile artist and franco-chilean psychotherapist, he integrated his creativity and intuition into family constellations. He considers this practice as a 'theater of the soul,' where participants can explore deeply rooted family dramas. Jodorowsky also uses elements of psychomagic, a method he developed to release emotional blockages through symbolic rituals.
The field of systemic therapy teaches us that each system has its own existence and that all members of a system are interconnected: what one person experiences will have an influence on the entire system, and what happens within the system will influence each individual. Dynamics are established within the system in an attempt to maintain balance.
Our behaviors and sufferings can be the reflection of unresolved conflicts in our family system, inherited from previous generations. Family constellations is a powerful and transformative approach used to understand and resolve interrelational dynamics. This method draws on family dynamics and uses spatial representations to explore the relationships between family members, or any other system, towards a restoration of balance. In person, participants position themselves in the room and their placements reflect emotional bonds and underlying conflicts. Remotely, representations will symbolize each element of the system being worked on.
This technique allows themes of life to be highlighted and released. Your release will naturally spread within your network, always towards greater balance and harmony.
The support in family constellation that I offer is based on the technique that I learned and for which I am certified. It is experienced from my perspective as a multidimensional therapist-guide, from my mediumistic channel, and my holistic and systemic approach. It is a powerful process for which I invite you to feel the call within yourself.
