Psychogenealogy was introduced to the general public in 1988 by the professor, psychologist, and psychotherapist Anne Ancelin Schützenberger. This approach combines contextual study, sociopsychology, psychoanalysis, transgenerational analysis, ethnology, and ethology. This powerful therapeutic approach sheds light on how the history of our ancestors can influence our current lives (behaviors, emotions, identity). What we experiment today can be linked to our family past, sometimes even distant.

The family tree seems to be inscribed in the unconscious of each family member, and therefore in their bodies (physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and energetic). The sentence of Socrates "Know thyself" reveals the infinite path that awaits each one of us. We are each infinite beings from our soul connection, carrying genetic codes passed down from our parents and coming from our entire family line, continuing to journey through us, and from what we make of them in the present.

It can be common to have life experiences guided by familiarities that have been unconsciously instilled in us as truths, our truths, but which are not always in agreeement with our own, conditioning us, and causing us to choose paths or experiences that are not truly in harmony with ourselves.

 

The goal of working on ourselves is to reconnect with the Truth of our soul if we want our life path to reflect who we truly and fully are. Whether through a call from the soul, through an opening to genealogy and a call of sense, or to investigate a theme that is calling to us in our life, such as:

- the feeling of being at an impasse, of being blocked by an invisible wall,

- the accumulation of failures, understood or not,

- the feeling threatened, in one way or another.

- the fear of repeating parental or grandparental patterns,

- suffering from an addiction,

- not being able to conceive,

- suffering from a chronic illness,

- experiencing family difficulties,

- experiencing incomprehensible anxieties or phobias,

- not recognizing some of one's own behaviors,

- experiencing emotional difficulties, both in a relationship and with one's own children,

- feeling like there's a family secret,

- etc.

The psychogenealogy accompaniement I offer is based on the technique I learned and am certified in. It is lived from my perspective as a multidimensional accompanist-therapist, from my mediumistic channel, and my holistic and systemic approach. In all the techniques I offer, my accompaniement is very active energetically towards natural Harmony. The condition required for oneself is deep will. From the analysis phase of this accompaniement, processes of deprogramming and reprogramming of energies are invited to be welcomed together, to flow within you and in your life path, as well as naturally within your lineage, with respect and love.

 

The insights this accompaniement can reveal contribute to the liberation of the lineage, to healing and harmony for oneself and the entire family system, and allows any existing limiting knots or patterns to no longer be passed on. The healings received by a member of a lineage contribute to the harmony of the entire tree, as well as on the descendants.
